Is there a way i can run r4i Gold deluxe on 3ds ver. 6.3.0 My card just arrived but i realized the version wasn't capable with it please tell me if there is a way i can use it.

no, you can emulate the 4.5 console to play v7.1 game, but cannot work on console which system above v4.5, not only r4i deluxe, gateway 3ds, 3dslinker, also just support v4.5.
Unfortunately there really isn't any way to use a Gateway 3DS or R4i Gold Deluxe with any 3DS or 3DS XL system that is higher than 4.5... Unfortunate, I know, but that is the way it works, hopefully just for now. What I've told all of my friends that ask me, is to just get an R4 3DS or similar card, so that you can play the emulators, homebrew and DS games on the 3DS, and then when (or if) the Gateway 3DS ever supports the higher system versions, go and grab one of those. Sell the R4i, and it's all good.
