Is there a way to Convert a PAL XBOX to a NTSC XBOX permernantly?

    Hello, I have a PAL XBOX from europe, I am now using it in Canada. Is there a way to modify this box to NTSC? chip it?

    I don't think you could do it permanetly....But if you have it softmodded you can go to settings and change Region to NTSC

    Mod it, change the video output to NTSC and install a 110v power supply! Presto, you will have created an NTSC Xbox. Enjoy!

    chip it and it will play either region just fine as long as the TV you have can support both formats.
