Is there a way to copy a dvd on to a cd-r?

    I have watched about 3 movies on cd-rs
    Lord of the rings was 4 discs but i want to know how to do it to save money from these high-priced dvd-r's

    So do you watch em in your DVD player? Probably the Newbiest question I've ever asked, to ashamed to start a new thread. While Im asking....What does the time stamp actually indicate? Mines 3 hrs fast. Maybe I could figure out where everyone is, longitudily that is.

    You mean DVD to SVCD. If you want to convert your DVDs to SVCDs, which fit an normal CD-Rs then you need [bold]Super DVD Ripper 1.90[/bold].

    This program lets you convert DVD to VCD,SVCD or AVI! It is a super easy program to use which will take you about 2 mins to get the hang of. Most recommended.

    To answer your question, VCD's & SVCD can be played in the vast majority of stand alone players -
    "P"
