A good reason to upgrade to 8, not really. I went back to Nero 7 and have no desire to go back to 8. I was happy with 6 but got a chance to pick up 7.0.0.0 free after rebate on black Friday, talk about buggy, I don't think it worked well until the 5th or 6th release.(7.0.1.4b) Nero Scout is a huge resource drain.(a media file index service which is useless in my opinion) Nero InCD should not be installed because it conflicts with numerous programs. In many of the early 7X series releases audio CDs created from MP3 files had problems with noise and popping present in the tracks. Nero home doesn't accomplish much, unless you want to watch TV thru your computer.
The real problem is that this program tries to do too much at one time. A great idea on paper but way too many features which most people will never fully use. Follow Gwendolin's great advice and you won't regret it at all.
