Is there anyway I can play 'Phantasy Star Online Ep I & II' game without being online?

    Is there anyway I can play 'Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II' game without being online? Is ther an offline patch I could use or something?

    in the start menu it says online or offline just pick offline or unplug ur online connection from ur xbox

    If it was that easy I would not have posted to waste people’s time!!! The option you speak about does not exist!

    When you put the game in the Xbox it comes up ‘press start button’. After you press it a screen comes up saying
    ‘The network configuration is not performed. Please try again after an account has been issued. Press A or Start button to switch to the Xbox Dashboard'

    I do not want to go online and have no access to Internet so is there anyway I can play this game?

    get a live account but pso charges 5 bucks a month which is a rip off but it is really good game or u could just get it for gamecube

    I can't go online because the online account would deactivate my chip and the game is on a backup DVD. Is there an offline patch I could use or something?
