You didn't even read the page you linked to... both source and binaries for Nexus (what it was actually called when it went public) are available there... Just shows that having "senior member" under a name doesn't mean the poster actually has any kind of brain. I don't know what you would want it for.. not like it's going to be any use whatsoever to a windoze user.
I was actually looking for the origanal alpha version(thought it may have been put up somewhere for historical reasons) Also it's possible to get openstep (The OS nextstep evovled into) to run on a windows machine (albeit in a limited manner) Funny how some kids on afterdawn are hard behind their keyboards.
