I am aiming for a gaming computer not too "EXTREME" Tower: CoolerMaster CM690 Nvidia Ed. http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?Sku=C283-1189 MotherBoard: XFX nForce 750a SLI Socket AM2 http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?Sku=P450-9118 Memory: Corsair 4096MB DDR2 (4Gs) http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?Sku=C13-6082 Processor: AMD Phenom X4 9500 http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?Sku=CP1-AM2-9500 Video Card:XFX GeForce 9600 GSO 768MB PCI-E http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?Sku=P450-9616 Hard Drive: WD Caviar 500GB http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?Sku=TSD-500AAKS Power Supply: Ultra 750 http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?Sku=ULT-LSP750
Not really. The case, RAM and HDD are good, but there are several things I'd recommend changing: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128335 http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103249 http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102803 http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139001 Yes it might seem odd, but a 520W Corsair is a much better PSU than the 750W Ultra, and is ample for powering that system. You already have a CD drive?
yes didnt feel the need to add it sorry. i am getting the card and motherboard for an amazing price also the processer is $60 less. But i do relize its better. I will shop around for thses parts see what i can find them for thanks for your help buddy!.
Tiger Direct sell a lot of cheap motherboard and graphics bundles, and they're all crap, which is why I told you not to buy one. Again, a 750W Ultra PSU will probably go bang before 500W. Corsair units will put out what they say they will. The wattage rating on a PSU is completely irrelevant.
