Is this an eBay scam?

    I'm trying to sell one of my phones that I don't use anymore Link below...

    And I got this message from an eBay and it seems like a scam what should I do or is this normal? My first time selling...

The payment will be made and you will receive an approved confirmation letter from (BidPay)stating that the payment has been paid & approved. So we make an offer of the amount $400.00 for the item.So this items is needed urgently now so this items most be deliver within 4 days after payment approved.So plz send me your email.So we will like the items to be ship out thru DHL EXP.

    I like AD though...is that alright or should I stick to ebay forums?

    I only meant to ask the question over at EBAY, not to leave AD.

    How come you are selling a phone like the one you just won today?

    I got a Samsung D500 from my parents. Kind of like a college gift. I'm so psyched! It's a nice small phone! The D415 is actually my old phone and I want to get rid of it. Thanks for your help. I'll let ebay know as well!

    Man I got three of these scam letters so far. All they want is my full address and email! These people are so annoying!!!!
