I don't know, but it would be pretty stupid to actually buy something like that for a few reasons. First, it could easily be a nice little trap the FBI has to trap piraters. Even if they're not, and they find out about this thing, they'll have records from the store of everybody who bought it! Can you say search warrant!? And second, why pay money when you can find tons of cracks and serials free on the web, IRC, P2P, and bit torrents? edit 4 typo
I imagine that the sellers have just used info downloaded from serials 3K or somewhere similar. As said already, it is a very risky thing to buy such a disk.
