I would say yes regardless of where that code has come from. It's basically a licence allowing a person (and mostly ONE person) to legally use the software to which the licence is for) If you read in the terms and conditions for almost any piece of software which requires a code, they've for one person only. Passing the code onto anyone else is a breach of the terms and conditions.
these games are on many different sites, how can i put these on my site legally? alternative can i save the webpage frame and put in on my site, like what ive dont to the pacman game on my site?
contact the developer of those games and get his permission.. taking the games with out the developers permission and installing them on your site is illegal...
ill get right on that i was looking up how to contact the designers and i found this does this mean i have permission for games he made to be put on my site? also sites like miniclip have a page that says "Free Website Games" and "Add this code to your Myspace Page or Website" that means i can put them on without asking for permission?
