    Hey !

I just recently came across webspace , and i had an idea to upload my dvd backup files and create a link to post on the webspace ( for myself ) so that when i need them somtime down the road they are there and also so if somthing happens to my disk . I have a non damaged ( file ) right there for me to use .

Just incase somone thinks i mean leaving it where others can click aswell , that would be a negative it would be set in a section thats locked off to users and only visible to me !

Much thanks to all replys !

Well I dont see a problem with you backing up your DVD Collection... and using the webspace to upload it on... But as you said you have to make sure that it is not accessible to the public to access and download off, cause then you will be in a jam...

    Good Luck...

    p.s

I would personally back it up some other way, just to stay safe.
Try an external Hard Drive From 120gigs and above.
