Is it possible to use a auto installer disc like slayers to unlock the harddrive and then take it out of the xbox and hook it up to your computer through USB and us a program like xplorer360 to modify the harddrive. Basically hotswaping without getting the timing right and taking your computer apart. Wouldn't this be possible?

sorry i should have been more specific but im talking about using a hardrive enclosure witch will allow you to hook it up to your computer through USB but im not sure if it will work because the HDD is locked so im asking how would you unlock it to insert files

well if you cant find anything else, do it but if you screw it up more...
i suggest you make a backup of your drive when ever you get it to work
