I was listening to the Kim Komando show about a week or so ago and she was telling the listeners what would be requried for you to run the 64bit Longhorn Version of Microsoft OS software when it comes out.

Requirements: Dual Processors, atleast 2GB of ram(didn't state if ddr would be fine or if you would need ddr-2 or ddr3), Atleast a terabyte of harddrive space, I forgot the harddrive specs but it was outrageous. Anyway the system she suggested would cost more than 3 grand. Is this true? What site can I go to find out for sure what specs I would need to use the Next OS of Microsoft? Man I might just go completely to Linuix now.

I switch between XP and Linux. from what iv learned so far, Linux is the way to go. i love it. Longhorn isnt going to be anything special compared to Linux. I could care less about it.
