Is WizardSattelite.co.uk reliable as i want to order Starview 2 The box from there but i was just wondering if they are good to buy from? Has anyone brought anything from there? Also if i buy the Starview 2 from Wizard Sattelite then will it have the null modem cable and the latest firmare/software loaded on to it? Thx
They are realiable. I have not bought anything from them but ask them about the cable... You will not have any software/firmware loaded onto any box as it is illegal !
Oh ok. So basically everybody who buys it just puts the software on themselves and then watches all the TV channels?
It might come with firmware, but it will only let you view FTA channels, you can get what you need here to view the "other" channels.
skywonder are also reliable. I've bought a starview box from them and also a starview pvr. Always comes with the rs232 cables (anyone want a spare!) and its free delivery. I would recomend them.
Yeah they are original boxes, the starview has had the latest bin file uploaded to it without any issues, not had to flash the PVR as it came with the latest update.
