I purchased a retail copy of DVDXPlatinum a year ago and it has worked great for all of my DVD copy requirments. I had to redo my system and now the software says that it has been activated to many times. I have called support numbers in Canada, Australia and United Kindom. The 1-519-488-4212 number say hello goodbye then hangs up. The Australia number just rings without an answer as does th UK one. I have sent in several requests to support via e-mail and nothing. If anyone knows anything about this companys status please let me know. thanka
