.iso burning difficulties

    I have a .iso image for a pc game and I burn using alcohol 125%. when I try to load the game it says

    Cannot locate the CD-ROM
    X Please insert the correct CD-ROM, select ok and restart application.

    Can anybody help me?

    This is my first time doing this so please try not to flame me

    You cannot use an ISO for a game. ISO is not a native format that supports copy protection. Any game with protection needs that specific protection on the disc to run.
