ISO -- MP4 Conversion?

I have a collection of movies on my hard drive that I have backed up with DVD Decrypter and saved as .ISO files. Is there a way to convert them to .MP4 so I can view them on my Ipod?

Scroll down to the DVD Decrypter part. Using the search function here on AD and looking at stickies saves everyone time as well.

 

Thanks, but I need to convert from .ISO format, not .IFO, as mentioned in your link. I've done a lot of searching for an answer with no luck.
