Generally CRC means bad media or dirty disks.

Might have some bad sectors or your drive is not capable of copying sub-channel or RAW data..

    What games are they?

Okay both of those are using Safedisc so you should be able to make an image from the discs.

What DVD/CD drives do you have?

Tough luck mate, looks like you can't back them up.
    Have you tried both drives?

Some games give me weird errors too, try copying the entire disc instead.

interestingly enough when its in my cd drive it comes up with a different error and sometimes when trying to copy the disk as different types of a file(.daa,.iso,.bin) errors include:
    DVD DRIVE:
The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.
    Cyclic Redundancy Check(Data Error)
    CD DRIVE:
    Incorrect Function
The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

and neither drive will produce a copy of the disk.
