I use a software program called MusicMatch Jukebox Deluxe - I have used it for many years and have not had any problems with it. When the latest version of iTunes came out (7.0 + above that) and I downloaded and installed it, MusicMatch just crashes when I attempt to use it. I had no incompatibility problems with iTunes 6.0.5 and MusicMatch. I am using Windows XP, service pack 2, & a Creative SB Live! soundcard. Does anyone have any idea as to why this is happening and what I can do to work around this problem (if possible)? I am using MusicMatch Jukebox Deluxe 8.0 and never had any issues with using it till the latest versions of iTunes started coming out in September. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.
I would simply go back to the older version of iTunes, unless you really need some feature only available in the version of iTunes thats causing you all this trouble. Personally I would get rid of iTunes all together unless you really need it.
