Yeah, i dont think there a way to disable it, is part of itunes so it can work with the iphone, i've tryed everything but still loads up when computer starts. if you find something up do let me know as well.
Go to add/remove programs and unistall apple mobile device helper and apple software updater. You don't need them, they're junk, ipods/itunes and quicktime all work still.
