Itunes error please help

    iTunes isn't connecting to the internet for some reason. Do you have a firewall that may be stopping iTunes from connecting? Are you sure that you are connected to the internet on that computer?

    i hav norton 360 i dnno hw to get into the settings wich will allow me 2 unblok itunes

    Just all together close it and see if iTunes is able to connect, then we can see if that is what's causing it or not.

    nope disabled norton yet the same error occurs btw i am able to connect to itunes with my other 2 laptops jst not this one plz help:(
