my computer recently crashed without letting windows even boot up so i had to do a system restore but now itunes had corrupted so i re-installed it but when you go to start the application an error box comes up saying itunes had to close sorry and gives the option to send error report. i have tried numerous times to repair, uninstall but to no avail,i have cleared cookies emptied temp files blah blah but still nothing i have a hp pavilion t250, 2.66ghz, 80 gig and am at my wits end pleeeeeeez help
i had a similar problem only mine only does it when i try to connect my ipod i asked somebody at bestbuy what was wrong and they said that my computer probably didnt meet the system requirement although im sure thats not it
When you deleted itunes did you get completely rid of it in program files? try completely uninstalling it and then reinstalling it.
