I am having a huge problem with my laptop. I installed VISTA on my Toshiba Laptop, it really made a mess of things so I moved all my files to an external hard drive and wiped the Laptop clean with the restore disc (I now have windows XP again) then I moved everything back but now I can't access the music that I downloaded from cds in my itunes library. I get an error message that says file not found, becasue it can not locate the original version. Does anyone have any idea how I can get my itunes library to play all my music???
Instead of putting all the songs from the external hard drive into iTunes, put them into a folder in "My Music" or whatever then sync them to iTunes and it will find them.
