Sorry if this has been brought up before but i dont like quicktime and dont see why i should have it on my pc just because apple say i should to be able to let my kids use their ipod nano's , so is there an alternative to itunes ? Would be greatful for any suggestions and advice.
i'm afraid you cant use any other alternative, itunes is the only one that can transfer songs into the required format.
That isn't true, Lillies. You can use programs such as Yamipod and Sharepod, but in my opinion they are no better then iTunes.
