Hi Just got my new ipod 60gb video Have imposted some songs and videos onto ITunes [ was already installed on my sisters account ] However when i plug the ipod into the computer - the ipod says do not dissconnect - the compiter recognises it etc... but i can no put the songs from itunes onto it. It says that no IPod is connected Any help Please?
I'm not sure how "new" you are to the whole iPod thing, but go into iTunes and right click on the iPod in the Source menu. Then go to iPod settings. Then under the settings check the "auto update" box. Also, if it says that no iPod is plugged in, then make sure that it is plugged into the usb port on the back of your PC. You Ccan also try restoring the iPod if none of these help. On the bottom of my sig. is a link on how to restore your iPod. Again, not sure how new you are to this, but I think a few suggestions might help.
