iTunes wont Work, is there another way to put songs on an iPod Touch?

hey guys, my itunes does not work. no matter how hard i try. ive tried everything. it hasnt worked since last year and ive been trying to get it to work ever since. so i was wondering if there was another way to put songs on my iPod Touch? please help

 

i would look t up on the internet there are some freewares arouynd and they should be easy to find

 

First what OS u got, win or mac, also be more specific what does it says when you try to open itunes. in some cases installing quicktime first then itunes will fix most installation problems. Good Luck
