iv got a ipod shuffle but for some reason itunes dont work on my windows xp is there another way to put music on my ipod shuffle?

well i got a ipod shuffle 2day cuz its cheap any way i loaded up itunes on to my computer installed and every think but when i click on itunes to open it it says itunes has encountered a problem and needs to close!! is there another way to transfere music to ma ipod?

 

as far as i know there is no other way to put music on an ipod without itunes. but did you try uninstalling the reinstalling the software? try that it may work.
