i've lost fav channels

hi i've got the starview 3 box but i've lost s*ysports1 & 3 i've gone back to factory settings and re-scanned the box 3 or 4 times but they still have'nt returned any ideas thank you

 

Scan your box with no cable splitters in place.

 

thanks very much i scanned with no splitters and the channels came back but when i moved box to another room using splitter i lost them again anything i can do to keep these channels most of the channels 'films' etc work fine thanks

 

panic over i've shorten any excess cable and all my channels work fine thanks very much for the advice
