Can someone please tell me why I can't get my RAZR V3 to hook up with MPT. I've have tried numerous downloads and installed different p2k drivers but to no avail. The problem I can see is that my computer and the phone just aren't communicating with one another. I know my usb port is working however because it still receives power. The data is not transferring.

Please, I am growing more and more frustrated as the days progress.

Have you tried the guide on my page, themotoguide.com?

Try going into your device manager, deleting any instance of the Motorola USB Modem, and starting my guide from scratch. Should work fine, assuming youre using Win XP.

I have read through the guide and completed every task it has called for except for when you connect your phone into the computer. When I do that, it doesn't recognize the v3 that I have. Could it possibly be a firmware issue? I really need to figure this out, cause if my phone is bad, I wanna send it in before it's too late.

    Thanks
