Jailbroken Iphone 3G now can't dial out properly??

I really have a problem with my iphone since i jailbroke it my keypad don't work at all and when i dial out from contacts it just comes up the top with the green line touch to return when i do that it goes off so i can't cancel a call please help!!

Any advice would be grateful!!

 

hi, you will probably need to format it and jailbreak again, have you installed many apps on it? the chances are you have installed one which your phone doesnt like.

 

I'm such a idiot i restored it on itunes and lost all my numbers hmmmm i think it was Kate that i downloaded but uninstalled it but still didn't work. Havent dowloaded hardly anything!!

 

Kate is bad for it. i had a few problems with that i uninstalled it after a few problems!

 

got my numbers back but don't want to jailbreak again i'm scared haha

I have never done it, only have a few numbers so i dont have a need, try

Each time the user syncs there iphone with the computer using itunes, a backup is made - located at C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup

Just copy this file, periodically, somewhere safe and readily accessible and you can restore if needed

Not sure if this works but give it a go!!
