Java images won't load just an x in the corner of the screen

Hi I have been trying to run this tweek test for my computer on the internet. The box where the test should be comes up blank with an x in the left hand top corner. I have the latest java update. What do I have to do to be able to see the test. The website is http://www.broadbandreports.com/tweaks .

 

maybe your browser needs updating or

antimalware program is stopping and needs to be turned off first

 

My browser dosn't need to be updated ,but how do I turn the malware off?

 

Look under Tools/Internet Options/Advanced Tab. Do you see anything that indicates you are using some Java JVM? If Yes, then I don't know what your problem is but if No then you need to install the latest version of JVM. Go to www.java.com and click on where it says to install the latest JVM and install it. I had the same problem you stated in your 1st post and after I installed the latest JVM everything was OK
