Womble MPEG Editor (MPEG-VCR) or TMPGenc?

Video isn't in sync is a problem sometimed had in TMPgenc (maybe for a wrong 'Type', I never had one), but I never heard an error like 'my docuements needs to shut down'.

Just a test: (TMPGenc is free, if it's used to for load/encode only MPEG-1 files) TMPGenc__MPEG_Tools ___ Merge & Cut. Type: MPEG-1 Video-CD. Load the 1s, load the 2nd, Output: ____ Browse (save as) __ Run.

Otherwise, if you have Womble, use http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/womble_mpeg_join_tutorial.cfm .

Test if the Joined is OK. Only after that, author it to run on a DVD.

Maybe the application is again keeping open the file. Restert the PC.

Try all and then report again....
