"i have already converted to dvd format"

Just to make sure before offering any suggestions: What kind of formats are you talking about (e.g. avi? vob? Video_TS folder?)?

Well if you convert to a dvd format, you could use a dvd authoring app like dvd lab or tmpgenc dvd author this will take both parts of vcd (mpeg1) and create one dvd video stream.

O.K., if you got two Video_TS folders, this is how to do it with Nero:
Run Nero Recode, click 'remake a dvd', 'import titles', then go find and 'add' the titles in order under each Video_TS folder to the compilation window, click 'finish' when done, and follow the lead from there.
    Happy DVD joining!
