Joystick 2 Mouse 3

I am apparently too stupid to properly configure this program, and I was wondering if someone could help me.

Back story: I purchased a USB adaptar that allows me to use my Sony PS2 controller as a GamePad. Now what I want to do is use one of my analog sticks (prefferably the one to the right) to control my mouse movement. So I found the program "Joystick 2 Mouse 3" from http://atzitznet.no-ip.org/Joy2Mouse3/ which, tragically seems to be the only program of its kind out there. I've tried reading the guide that the site provides, but it doesn't work for me, no matter how many times I try.

So now, I come here, seeking the guidance of anyone who has ever successfully configured this before, or of someone who knows of a better program (perhapes one that lets me click a "Move Mouse Up" button, then tap my joystick upwards to lock in the control).
