    I have a question, what is the difference between DVD-RW, and DVD+RW?

    Simple answer is different formats - one is (-) format and the other is (+) format.
    The (+) can be booktype unlike (-) which can't be. Booktyping just writes a field to the disc changing how it is read - i.e booktype to DVD-Rom - reads as a DVD-Rom making the disc more compatible.
