JUST CANT GET THIS RIGHT! plz help this nub

srry bout the caps but i am very frustrated up to this point.

It started about two weeks ago, where i tried to mod my benq 360 butdidnt have a pci card.

I now have that and the sata and proceeded to try the open disc tray method with jungle flasher since i used to send in my 360 and had ixtreme 1.51 on it already. this is the tutorial i used - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NOQ06cLAo_k

At the laststep, it said write verification or w.e failed. Feeling like i had no choice i tried writing again, then erased and writing again. IT wouldn't work, so i just closed out jungleflasher.

Now the tray wont even eject when i press the button and dos flash cant recognize it.

Someone plz help, did i brick it or what? and is there a nub friendly tutorial out there that will work?
