JVC GR-D770 Need a driver

    I have a jvc gr-d770 digital vidoe camcorder. I bought a IEEE 1394 firewire to USB 2.0 dv cable to transfer my videos over to my labtop pc. The cable did not come with a driver dvd and my pc does not recognize it where can i download this driver. THanks for the help

    No such animal as a driver for a firewire cable. You need software to capture from the camcorder. Install the software on your laPtop.

    Dig a hole and bury the firewire to usb cable. Invest in a good firewire card for you laptop and a decent firewire cable, and use WinDV to capture your videos.
