JVC KD-G820 cd receiver for truck

    I just bought this model from Best Buy but can't seem to play any of my Zen Micro 6gb mp3 files using the zen micro.I connect my zen micro to the USB input on the cd receiver and the cd receiver detects my Micro but it just keeps saying "file check". Does anyone know how I can get my files on my zen micro to play on my trucks cd receiver? This JVC cd receiver is iPOD ready so I know it has to work.The salesman at Best Buy told me that all mp3 players work on this unit using the USB connection so what gives?
