JVC XV-N212 changing region code

    Hi everyone ...

    Is there any way to change the region code of the JVC XV-N212 player by using the remote and/or buttons on the player?
    Any hint appreciated ... just found a link to dvdchips.co.uk, but since I don´t own a credit card I won´t get this update cd.

    Thanks in advanec for any suggestions.

    There is no handset hacks for this model. I however purchased the cd from DVDchips and it worked great (it even plays RCE discs)
