K750i help please!!

my k750i has blocked all incoming and outgoing calls but it hasnt been blacklisted please help its on o2 network if that helps.

 

are you unable to make and receive calls? or just one or the other?

i would check in your settings > calls > manage calls, that accept calls is set to all callers..

i cant make or recieve calls thanks for the help i will have to try that.

 

try this combination when prone is switched on: #33*0000# and then press "Call" button ant wait for a few seconds. When it finishes, try to call o receive calls.

 

if you cant ring usaully means it is a stolen phone hop it helps
