first you need a program called mp3+gtoolz it's a freewear available at www.mp3gtoolz.kicks-ass.net/default.aspx?p=downloads
then you need to us the program to convert them to .bin files then you can use the .cue file (created by mp3+gtoolz when you converted to bin) in a program like nero to to burn the image to a cd+g which will work in your karaoke machine
help with nero for .cue at www.karaokeplayground.co.uk/help/help.htm

Also if you have trouble burning them in nero you can uses cue2ccd to convert to ccd format for clone to burn. Had to myself as nero said my burner does not do CD+g files yet it works perfect in clone. Go figure.

Nero does NOT support all cd+g's. I have come to this conclusion after many quite a few failed disc's with Nero.

Use Alcohol 120%, it works great with no fails.
