There are several Chinese made players that support karaoke CD+G, VCD and DVD discs and usually sport microphone inputs on the front. There are several new formats allowing more songs per discs like Super CD+G and DivX+G that use various forms of video and/or audio compress on DVDs instead of CDs. Also there are still other formats like: Neo+G, MP3+Karaoke, MP3+G and MIDI support by various stand alone players.
However, so far I have personally only seen software players that can handle "raw" .kfn files.
