keep losing sound and have lost some channels

    please help me i've lost a few channels and also now my sound keeps coming and going please advise

    PIN 0000
    OK to delete

    Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on

    English > Installation
    Choose N*L etc
    Automatic Scan
    Press OK
    176 Channels found
    Exit

    Menu 1570
    Turn EMU key ON

    Exit , exit , exit

    Did a factory reset and now all im getting is blank channels????
    Please advise

    My channels r back but have lost sound on all of them??

    Check that your scart lead is pushed home firmly into both the SV and TV.

    Still havig problems with sound. It goes completely then comes back on a regular basis
    Any ideas?

    Sound like a faulty scart lead just swap it out.
