Kernelin lähdekoodin asentaminen ei ikävä kyllä riitä. Se pitää kääntää ja ottaa käyttöön. Käynnistää kone uudelleen ja sen jälkeen asentaa se nVidian ajuri. Eli sulla on joku kernelin versio x käytössä ja y lähdekoodi /usr/src/ hakemistossa. Ei toimi ei. ja suosittelen edelleen sitä apt-get install rimpsua. Lataa kernel ja kernel-source
