So i got a new keyboard (MX3200), and i noticed when gaming, when I press the W and the A keys together at the same time (basically running diagonally in a game), no other keys will respond if I press them. However, if I did any other combinations other than the W and A keys, any other key I press will work. Anyway to fix the W and A key being pressed stimentaniously and allow other keys to work?

It's buffer related. Is this keyboard wireless?

That could be your problem. Never game on a wireless keyboard.

my old wireless keyboard worked perfect until i accidentally dropped it and it stopped working, there was no lag and all keys worked

that aside, i looked online and did more research, the problem im having doesnt seem to exist with anyone else so i think its a defect and gonna exchange it in hopes that it might fix the issue.
