kryptview 750 remote stoped working

hi all
got a kryptview arnet 750 for couple of months now,and yesterday remote stoped working,i have tryed all angles get no response at all tryed another remote control from a friends box still it wont work,so i think the problem is with the box.
can anyone help me what to do to make remote work again please?

 

return it, if its under warranty dont start opening it or messing with it as this will void the warranty, contact yer supplier and ask for a replacement
