you need to first put software on the box then scan the box with direct feed then also connect your router to your box job done

all info is on the bottom of my signature check it out

sorry but have been trying to scan the box all day with no luck.
I've downloaded the loader and BIN file
I've loaded the firmware onto the box and then I've disconnected the connection from my pc and then reconnected the kryptview to my tv and then done a scan via the factory default setting. I have selected my network and then scanned.
I receive many duplicated channels but I am prompted by the message...scrammbled channels!
I'm obviously doing something completely wrong...can you help?
I've not used my ethernet connection or my modem...why do I need these?
sorry if my questions appear to be stupid but I'm struggling here.
    Any help much appreciated
    Thanks

Hi, I've put the software onto the box but what do you mean scan the box with direct feed? I'm also puzzled about connecting the box to the router, where do I find the instructions to do this?
Sorry, very puzzled and need help!
    thanks

You scan the box on your main feed from the wall ie cable feed you scan on NETWORK and NOT all

if you look at the back you will see a black sticker on the back of the box beside the mains cable coming out at the back of the box you need an ethernet connection from your router to plug into that

all the info is on the bottom of my signature click the links down below

    Hi e45,
Just thought I'd update you and tell you that I'm now up and running, yipeee!!
e45, thanks ever so much for your patience in trying to help me, much appreciated.
I struggled with the instructions really, specifically around the fact that I needed to wire to internet and make alterations to the coms....I just thought that info. was there in case you had problems with uploading the software, I didn't realise that following the altering of the coms was compulsory. I certainly don't want to criticise but I think if you just add a little more simple instructions after uploading the software to the box it would dramacticly reduce the number of people like me contacting you asking for help. I was thinking a little more detail is needed around connecting to the internet because I completely missed this point and looking at the many other requests for help, so did many others. Also if you point out a little more obviously that you need a permanent ethernet cable in place to your box, that would also help many others. sorry if I appear to be patronising, I don't mean to insult your good work but I'm sure if you do put a few simple instructions about the wiring of the internet to the box and at what stage you wire to internet, you will notice a reduction is requests to help with scrammbled channels.
    Many, many thanks

Well if you want to make a tutorial feel free thats what this place is for not just for me to make tuts but others as well but to be honest that thing about setting up coms you dont have to do that you just connect your cable from router to box the box does the work and 99% of people know they need a ethernet cable full time as well

so as i say feel free to do a tut if you like im not offended as everyone is different
