ahhhhh there maybe an idiots guide to setting a kryptview but it doesnt seem to work for me help first off--when i go through the bin file load i just get a screen saying--downloading is not requested ive managed to load it i think my box info reads - date 09/09/2010 software version pv3.6.00 hw version v.3.0.0 i have re connected it to tv done a factory reset and then an auto scan when i get to the add tp list screen it says already exists etc but when finished it doesnt give an area code option it just goes back to the easy installation screen im also a bit confused as to what cables should or shouldnt be connected at the time

it was already on network it does what it should do up untill i press the green button to scan i get the network already exists screen then an auto search screen telling me its finished and to press exit when i do this it tells me to wait then it returns to the easy instalation page and i just keep going around in circles
you need to factory reset the box and follow the tut above to the letter. When you get to the scan pce, you select network, it will tell you it exists, then pick your net id or nearest area and press ok let the box do the rest thats it
im on ntl if i scan any other network it all works as it should and finds its area choices and then the tv programs which are all pretty much scrambled if i choose ntl when i get to the network choice it doesnt give me a tp list it just tells me to wait then exit
it just wont give me a list of network i.d,s when i scan on ntl any other yes but ntl i just get already exists 8 times then nothing
