hi can anyone advise sports andalot of the other channels keep breaking up or freezingyet kids channels work have rescanedstill no joy i am in manchester area have tried man1 2and 3 still no luck any help would be welcome
Could be a box problem. Iv'e had a couple back that were faulty. Try the box in another house, friend/relative and see if the problem is still there. Could also be a signal problem. Do you have a TV SUB? Some who have not have been reporting this problem. Seemingly the signal for phone only is weaker. So you may need a booster. But try the first option to eliminate the box being the problem.
Firstly if you dont have a sub and split yer bband coming in, the signal will be weak and you will get this, secondly have you updated the box with the latest firmware? this can be done online with the box,
