    Hi

I recently bought a kryptview but it didn't come with an adapter. Whats the name of the adapter needed to fit the cable into the "RF in"? Is it a female-male connector?

I previously had a eurovox and it fitted okay without the need for an adapter, however the "RF in" seems to be different on the kryptviews.

    Thanks

Thanks for the reply e45. I had looked at that thread already but at present the size of the cable and the "RF in" of the kryptview are the exact same so it won't plug in, judging by that picture in the other thread I'm not sure it looks like the adapter I need.
Sorry about this, I have the box flashed and everything but I just need to make sure I get the right adapter. I searched the net for a "f connector adapter" but there are a few types. Is it a "F-Connector Adapter Push On Male to F Female" that I need?

    Thanks

you can buy a cable, in any place like Maplins or powercity etc, depending on the box you have on the wall, its screw in, then you need the cable with the screw end on both end of the cable,

Thanks for that MICKAH, the only problem is that the cable box is actually in another room and the exisiting cable goes under carpets/furiture and a through a wall so I'd like to avoid having to put a new cable in if at all possible. I just need to know the specific name of that adapter that is needed as that would be the easiest solution for me, thanks.
